A creamy and dreamy chicken dish with a rich sun-dried tomato cream sauce and Parmesan, perfect for impressing someone special.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. The oil should shimmer, signaling it’s ready for the chicken.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for about a minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts completely and the sauce thickens.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce, and let it warm up for a minute.
  8. Serve the chicken hot, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes

Serve with creamy garlic mashed potatoes or sautéed spinach for a balanced meal. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
