A delicious twist on the classic S’mores, these Marshmallow S’mores Bars combine crunchy graham crackers, rich chocolate, and gooey marshmallows, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish to ensure your bars won’t stick.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the warm crust.
  6. Dollop the mini marshmallows generously over the melted chocolate chips.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  8. Allow the bars to cool completely in the dish before cutting.

Notes

For a more intense chocolate flavor, try using dark chocolate chips. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
