  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it’s hot and ready by the time your chicken is prepped.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended and creamy.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture generously over the chicken.
  5. Top the chicken with crispy bacon bits and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For variations, consider adding jalapeños for spice, or swap mozzarella for cheddar for a sharper flavor.
