A delightful, gooey treat perfect for gatherings or brunch, with a fun pull-apart texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan well.
  2. Cut each biscuit dough into quarters.
  3. In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together.
  4. Dip each piece of dough into the cinnamon sugar mixture, ensuring it is well-coated.
  5. Layer the coated dough pieces in the greased bundt pan.
  6. In another bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Pour this mixture over the layered dough.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool for about 10 minutes before inverting the monkey bread onto a plate.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Best served warm with icing or caramel for dipping. Can be refrigerated or frozen for longer storage.
