Delicious Monster Cookies filled with chocolate chips and colorful M&M’s, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&M’s

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Combine the rolled oats and baking soda in another bowl.
  5. Mix the dry oat mixture into the wet ingredients until incorporated.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&M’s gently.
  7. Shape the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
