  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: In a blender, combine your protein powder, almond milk, peanut butter, and any optional ingredients (like banana or espresso).
  2. Blend until smooth: Turn on your blender and blend the mixture until it’s completely smooth.
  3. Achieve the right thickness: If you prefer a thicker texture, add ice cubes and blend again.
