A light and airy no-bake cheesecake with a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Cream the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Combine the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. Pour the creamy filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled, optionally topped with fresh fruit or chocolate sauce.

Notes

For best results, use chilled heavy cream and ensure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
