Quick and easy no-bake cookies made with peanut butter, oats, and chocolate, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Combine the sugar, milk, and cocoa powder in a saucepan.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil for about one minute.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add the oats and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and let cool until set.

Notes

For easier mixing, use softened peanut butter. Experiment with toppings like coconut flakes or crushed nuts.
