A refreshing and creamy no-bake mango pie that transports you to tropical shores with every bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of mango puree
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of gelatin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl until well mixed. Press into a pie pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  2. Mix the mango filling by combining mango puree, whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and gelatin (if using) until smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble the pie by pouring the mango mixture over the chilled crust, spreading evenly.
  4. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Serve chilled and garnish with fresh mango slices if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a firmer pie, add gelatin as suggested.
