A creamy and crunchy dessert that requires no baking, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo crust by crushing the cookies and mixing with melted butter.
  2. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with additional whipped cream or Oreo chunks before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. You can also freeze this cheesecake for up to 2 months.
