Delicate crepes filled with rich Nutella and fresh strawberries, perfect for a delightful dessert or snack.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour in a small amount of batter, cooking until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly browned.
  4. Spread a generous layer of Nutella on one side of each cooked crepe, then top with sliced strawberries.
  5. Fold the crepe over and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with powdered sugar, chocolate syrup, or vanilla ice cream for added sweetness. Storing cooked crepes in the fridge for up to 2 days is recommended.
