Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the brown sugar, white sugar, and softened butter until smooth and creamy.
  3. Beat in the large egg until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently.
  6. Stir in the rolled oats and raisins until combined.
  7. Drop the dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
