A festive seafood boil featuring shrimp, corn, and potatoes, seasoned with Old Bay seasoning, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large shrimp, deveined
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • Salt to taste
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and add the Old Bay seasoning, lemon halves, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add the baby potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes until they’re just tender.
  3. Add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until they’ve turned pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Carefully drain the mixture and serve the shrimp, corn, and potatoes hot.
