Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with creamy cheese, clams, and fresh herbs, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • Large mushrooms
  • Cream cheese
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Cooked clams (chopped)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or basil)
  • Bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms gently and remove the stems.
  3. Combine the cream cheese and shredded mozzarella in a mixing bowl. Add the chopped clams, minced garlic, and herbs.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the creamy mixture.
  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of each stuffed mushroom.
  6. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
