A simple and fluffy omelette recipe that is customizable with your favorite fillings.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 dash of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional fillings: cheese, vegetables, ham

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, then add salt and pepper. Beat until blended.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter. Allow it to melt.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it sit undisturbed for about a minute.
  4. Add your chosen fillings on one half of the omelette.
  5. Fold the other half over the fillings and cook for another minute until fully set.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with herbs or toast if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
