  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a sheet cake pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the orange juice, zest, and vanilla extract.
