A delightful combination of fudgy brownies and crunchy Oreos, creating a symphony of textures and flavors that is perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 package Oreos

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture until well incorporated.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan.
  8. Layer Oreos evenly over the brownie batter.
  9. Top with the remaining brownie batter.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  11. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or drizzle with chocolate sauce for an extra indulgent treat.
