  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until fully incorporated.
