Deliciously comforting oven-baked dumplings filled with a savory mixture of ground meat and veggies, served with a creamy peanut sauce.

Ingredients

  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Ground meat (chicken, pork, or tofu)
  • Cabbage, finely chopped
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, minced
  • Soy sauce
  • Peanut butter
  • Coconut milk
  • Honey or sugar
  • Lime juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together ground meat, cabbage, green onions, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Place a small amount of the filling on each dumpling wrapper, moisten edges with water, and seal tightly.
  4. Arrange the dumplings on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Whisk peanut butter, coconut milk, honey, lime juice, and salt in a bowl to make the peanut sauce.
  6. Serve warm dumplings with a drizzle of peanut sauce.

Notes

For a complete meal, serve with jasmine rice or quinoa. Leftover dumplings can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
