A simple yet indulgent dish featuring perfectly cooked salmon fillets with a rich lemon garlic butter sauce that enhances every bite.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the salmon fillets skin side down for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Flip the fillets over and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Create the sauce by adding butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  7. Add the lemon juice, stirring to combine.
  8. Serve the salmon drizzled with the lemon garlic butter sauce and garnish with parsley.

Notes
