A delicious twist on the classic parmesan crusted chicken that is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl until well combined.
  4. Drench each chicken breast in the beaten eggs.
  5. Coat the chicken in the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to stick.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Serve the chicken hot and enjoy!
