Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, these Parmesan & Mozzarella Cheese Bites are perfect for parties or cozy evenings at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chopped parsley if using in a mixing bowl.
  4. Whisk the egg in a separate bowl.
  5. Add the beaten egg to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Using a spoon, scoop out small amounts of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized balls.
  7. Place the cheese bites on the prepared baking sheet about an inch apart.
  8. Optional: Sprinkle the tops lightly with olive oil.
  9. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve these bites with dipping sauces like marinara or ranch. They store well for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
