  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour and baking soda in another bowl.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the crushed Butterfinger pieces.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
