These Peanut Butter Energy Balls are quick, healthy, and perfect for a pre-gym snack or a delicious dessert option.

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter, oats, honey (or maple syrup), chocolate chips (or dried fruit), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir all the ingredients together until everything is nicely blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Chill the rolled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes
