A nostalgic dessert with layers of creamy peanut butter filling and crisp graham crackers, perfect for family gatherings.

  • 8 Graham crackers
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, peanut butter, and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture to create a creamy filling.
  4. Begin layering by spreading a layer of the peanut butter mixture on a plate, followed by a layer of graham crackers.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cream.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to let the layers meld together.
  7. Serve chilled by slicing into squares.

Notes

For easy layering, use a large spatula or a knife to spread the mixture evenly. Can be prepared the night before.
