A rich and creamy peanut butter pie with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any special occasion or cozy night in.

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold the whipped cream gently into the peanut butter mixture.
  8. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Drizzle melted chocolate chips over the pie before serving (optional).

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
