Delightfully scrumptious brownies swirled with creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Slowly add these dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the greased baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter until smooth. Dollop it over the brownie batter.
  7. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the peanut butter layer, covering it completely.
  8. Using a knife, swirl through the layers to create a marbled effect.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
