Delicious Philly cheesesteak sliders made with ribeye, sautéed onions, and provolone cheese, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the onions and green bell peppers until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the ribeye steak and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Prepare the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  6. Layer the steak mixture over the bottom half of the buns.
  7. Add the slices of provolone cheese on top.
  8. Close the sliders with the top half of the buns.
  9. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melty and buns are crispy.
  10. Serve the sliders warm to your guests.

Notes

For the best flavor, use ribeye steak and slice it thinly. Feel free to add sautéed mushrooms or jalapeños for extra flavor.
