Delightful and easy-to-make breakfast rolls filled with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese.

  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the crescent roll package.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels and crumble it.
  3. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, then scramble them in the skillet until just set.
  4. Lay out the crescent rolls on a baking sheet.
  5. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and cheese on each roll.
  6. Start rolling from the wide end of the crescent roll and place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake according to package instructions, typically about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
