Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups Lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain the fat and add taco seasoning.
  3. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  4. Assemble your burrito bowl by layering rice, seasoned beef, black beans, and corn.
