Delicious and juicy pork chops, seasoned with garlic and paprika, cooked to perfection.

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the pork chops with olive oil and season them with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish.
  5. Pop the baking dish into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Let the chops rest for a few minutes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with creamy mashed potatoes or a vibrant salad. Leftovers can be stored for up to three days in the fridge.
