  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your favorite kind)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions, spinach)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  3. Grease a pie dish with olive oil or butter, then layer the sliced potatoes to form a crust.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
