2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup cooked quinoa or whole wheat pasta

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, and cooked quinoa (or whole wheat pasta) in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, add salt and pepper, and mix well.
Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish, distributing evenly.
Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese, covering completely.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
