  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (if using), and salt in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Prep a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly across the tray, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt layer and create swirls with a knife or spatula.
  6. Freeze the tray for about 2-3 hours or until solid.
  7. Break the bark into bite-sized pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
