A delightful pull-apart bread filled with gooey brie and tart cranberries, perfect for gatherings and cozy evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread (like French or Italian)
  • 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (or cranberry sauce)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the loaf of bread into a crosshatch pattern without cutting all the way through.
  3. Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pull apart the slices of bread, drizzle the butter mixture between the slices.
  5. Stuff the pockets of bread with brie cheese and cranberries.
  6. Wrap the stuffed bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven.
