A rich and savory quiche filled with creamy egg custard, crispy bacon, and gooey Swiss cheese, perfect for any meal of the day.

  • 1 pie crust
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your pie dish with the pie crust.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded Swiss cheese evenly over the crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the filling is set and lightly golden.
  7. Cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispy crust, blind bake the pie crust for 10 minutes before adding the filling. Use fresh eggs for best flavor.
