  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: herbs (like thyme or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pre-bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, and any desired herbs.
