Ingredients

  • Fresh Spinach
  • Feta Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Flour Tortillas
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Garlic
  • Oregano
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your filling ingredients by washing and chopping.
  2. Sauté the spinach with garlic in olive oil until wilted.
  3. Combine the cooled spinach with feta, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and oregano.
  4. Assemble the quesadillas with the filling on one half of each tortilla.
  5. Cook the quesadillas in a skillet until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve sliced.
