A delightful Raspberry Chia Pudding packed with vibrant flavors and nutrients, perfect for a guilt-free dessert or a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend the raspberries, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and add chia seeds, whisking until well combined.
  3. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 60 minutes or overnight.
  4. Serve into bowls and top with fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of maple syrup.

Notes

Store leftover pudding in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Add a splash of almond milk to loosen it if it thickens.
