Delicious puff pastry pockets filled with a creamy blend of cream cheese and fresh raspberries, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Prepare the puff pastry by rolling it out and cutting it into 3×3 inch squares.
  4. Fill each square with a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and top with raspberries.
  5. Form the pastry pockets by folding the corners and sealing.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.

Notes
