A comforting dish featuring fluffy cheese ravioli in a creamy sauce with crispy pancetta and garlic, reminiscent of the Olive Garden experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (about 9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 4 oz pancetta, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Crisp the pancetta in a large skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet with pancetta for about 1 minute.
  4. Introduce the heavy cream and gently bring it to a simmer.
  5. Melt the grated Parmesan cheese into the cream, stirring until smooth.
  6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Combine the cooked ravioli with the carbonara sauce, gently tossing to coat.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes
