  • 12 oz ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 slices bacon or pancetta, chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Crisp the bacon or pancetta in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  5. Combine the cooked ravioli with the garlic in the skillet and pour the egg mixture over the pasta, stirring quickly to combine.
  6. Add the crispy bacon and season with salt and pepper, mixing thoroughly.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
