Ingredients

  • Skirt steak
  • Jasmine rice
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Chimichurri sauce
  • Lime
  • Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Marinate the skirt steak in your favorite marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  3. Sear the marinated skirt steak on high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Let the steak rest for a few minutes after searing.
  5. Slice the steak against the grain for tender pieces.
