A comforting and easy Salmon Pasta recipe that combines rich flavors and creamy sauce with tender pasta for a delightful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 200g salmon fillet
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or cream sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: In a warmed pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Cook the Salmon: Place the salmon fillet in the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and flakes easily. Remove and let cool slightly before flaking into pieces.
  4. Add the Cherry Tomatoes: Add halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and sauté until softened and juices are released.
  5. Create the Creamy Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and let simmer for a couple of minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Combine Everything: Toss the cooked pasta and flaked salmon into the sauce. Mix well to coat the pasta thoroughly.
  7. Serve with Love: Spoon onto plates and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or a plant-based cream alternative.
