  3. Whisk in the milk gradually, stirring while cooking until the gravy thickens for about 3-5 minutes.

Notes

To prevent lumps in your gravy, add the milk slowly while whisking. If needed, adjust the thickness of the gravy by cooking it longer or adding more flour gradually.
