A quick and delicious side dish combining zucchini and caramelized onions, perfect for summer meals.

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the zucchini and onion by washing and slicing them as directed.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Sauté the sliced onions for about 3-4 minutes until they become translucent and tender.
  4. Combine the sliced zucchini with the onions in the skillet and stir together, cooking for an additional 5-6 minutes.
  5. Season the vegetables with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
