Delightfully decadent bars with layers of chocolate, butterscotch, nuts, and coconut.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Spread sweetened coconut evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and butterscotch chips, followed by chopped nuts.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layered assembly.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and center is set.
  6. Cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into squares.

Notes

Let them cool completely for better slicing. Experiment with different nuts or flavored chips!
