Delightful Seven Layer Bars featuring a graham cracker crust layered with chocolate, butterscotch, and coconut, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the sweetened shredded coconut, semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and any optional chopped nuts over the crust.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over all layers.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the fridge for two weeks. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
