  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 cup cranberries

Instructions

  1. Shave the Brussels Sprouts using a sharp knife or mandoline until they’re thin and delicate.
  2. Cook the Bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the shaved Brussels sprouts, crunchy almonds, crispy bacon, and tart cranberries in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create a light vinaigrette.
  5. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss everything together until well mixed.
