Crispy, cheesy, and completely customizable sheet pan nachos, perfect for game nights and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • Cooked ground beef or turkey
  • Refried beans
  • Jalapeños (sliced)
  • Black olives (sliced)
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Green onions (sliced)
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer on a large sheet pan.
  3. Top the chips with the cooked ground beef or turkey, refried beans, and shredded cheese.
  4. Add the jalapeños, black olives, and diced tomatoes on top of the layered nachos.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
  7. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side for everyone to enjoy!

Notes

To keep chips from getting soggy, add wet toppings only upon serving. You can also create a vegetarian version by using beans and veggies instead of meat.
